Kristen's Frozen Moments

A nice broad theme - to me every photo is a frozen moment. A fraction of a second captured in time.

This was my first photo for the theme, an opportunistic photo. I noticed the leaky tap and thought I could freeze a drop of water. My intention was to then capture 2 other fast moving objects and freeze them in time. As things happen, my plans changed.

If I could freeze a place in time, it would be this 1. A little patch of heaven that I just love going to. Development is getting closer but I hope this lovely little valley never changes.

Piper is coming up 12 - I wish she could be frozen in time and not get any older.

  1. Lovely series Kristen. What a gorgeous face Piper has, and funny how two dripping taps have made it into this theme :)

  4. Buying something in that little valley is my dream :) Right now I am lucky enough to get to enjoy it whenever I go and work the dogs for herding.

  7. I actually really love that you didn't end up sticking with your original plan and how personal the last two photos are for you. The valley is beautiful and I love the expression on Piper's face.

  8. Love the photo of Piper. My furbaby is getting up there in age... sure makes you appreciate them so much more. Time, it goes by too quickly. How great that you could freeze it, if just for an instant. Great work!
