Frozen Moments ~ by Taylah.

Even with a theme as broad as Frozen Moments, I didn't really have any big ideas or plans for my photos. Instead, I just let the photos come to me, capturing the moments as they happened. Literally every photo is a moment frozen in time, so I wasn't too picky.

But first, I decided to take 'frozen' literally. My friend and I attempted to make Deep Fried Ice Cream... and we failed epically. But here are the ice cream balls, before we made a mess of them with batter and hot oil.

Frozen Spheres of Awesome.

This is a photo I took during one of my adventures in the city. I was being sneaky and taking photos from just above my waist, without looking through the view finder. Just freezing moments as I walked.

Adelaide.

Lastly, an iPhone photo, so excuse the quality. Taken from the crowd at a music festival type event. I felt it fit the theme because just seeing this photo takes me straight back to the moment when I took it.

remember the days

See you all in two weeks!

  1. I have never tried Fried Ice cream - it just doesn't seem right and I think if I tired to make it I would have an epic failure too, lol. The ice cream looks good though, especially with the heat we had earlier in the fortnight.

Love the concert pic too, very much an in the moment picture.

  3. What a great range of ideas! The standout for me though is the concert picture. I love the energy it has and the way it makes me feel what it must have been like in the moment. :-)
